Yesterday me and the guys at oceanseventy launched the new version of the Capito website. They’re a IT infrastructure and managed services company based in Livingston. The new site is built on PHP5/ MySql using CodeIgniter with JQuery in use for the effects, animation and AJAX. Its the second site (after Clear Lets) to use the updated version of our CMS.

I had originally intended to reinvent this site with a fancy design and a more project / work orientated focus but i didn’t really have time due to new exploits with comrades at GravityLabs.

A seemingly abandoned glass house in Parc de Ciutat, Barcelona. A room just to the left was overflowing with plants but the main room was almost empty apart from a few palm trees.
What with the troubles of having a job and having a life i’ve never quite got round to getting my custom blog engine to an acceptable level so i’ve decided just to install Wordpress and be damned. I had a brief flirtation with Chyrp but support and updates for that were looking pretty iffy so i decided that i needed some stable and had the features i needed.
